Víctor Manuel Jorrín

Víctor Manuel Jorrín Lozano (born 13 January 1955) is a Mexican politician and psychiatrist affiliated with the Convergence. He currently serves as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Guerrero.[1]
